Stone’s Lymphoma care ❤️❤️

Hello Friends, Peers & Family,
I wanted to let everyone know what’s going on in my life & why I’ve been pretty quiet for a little while.
In Early August I started having incredibly painful right hip & thigh pain, I can only say it has been more intense than compound fractures or pancreatitis it is relentless. It made it so I couldn’t work & if you know me, that says a lot. I had to go to the ER 5 times to get any cause for the pain or help. It was on the 5th ER visit a Dr. believed me and ordered a CT Scan of my torso. It was reviewed and they thought they found a leak in my intestines. They took me straight to the O.R. , after many hours on the table & the surgeon, even after calling in a GI specialist from another hospital, the surgery proved to be unnecessary and they stitched me up & apologized.
The next morning the surgeon came into my room and let me know they were sorry for causing more pain. She also wanted to update me, she said, that after further review of the CT Scan they found a mass on my pancreas, they asked me to go back to the O.R. for an immediate biopsy. I stayed in the hospital another 8 day’s waiting for the results & receiving a pain management plan that would allow me to keep my pain below a 8/10.
The Biopsy results eventually arrived. The results were stage 4 large cel, double hit lymphoma, it is an aggressive form of cancer that minimally requires 6-8 very aggressive Chemotherapy treatments , 1 per month. They are incredibly painful and require recovery time.
I think most of you know I am a very proud husband & father to my 5 children. I hope it goes without saying, I love leading my HVAC teams .
I have worked tirelessly in the HVAC industry for almost the last ten years. Starting at the bottom and after classes, state certification, and long long hours. I realized I loved leading others to become their best.
I find myself in need of help from my team now. I am embarrassed to ask but have to, I am starting this go Fund me based on needing a second opinion for my oncology care plan and verification Kaiser Roseville hasn’t overlooked or misdiagnosed anything. My sister was misdiagnosed years ago w/ stage 4 ovarian & uteran cancer and getting a 2nd opinion from MD Anderson saved her life. To be seen at MD Anderson as a cash pay patient requires a $61,161.00 trust account deposit. I have received my first chemo and time is of the essence. We also need help with the basic monthly bills until I can work again.
It is so hard for me to ask, but if you can contribute anything it will help. If all you can do is share the post, that too will help. My family and I are totally grateful for any help you can provide.
Thank you for reading this and for helping however you can.

Respectfully,
Chris Stonecipher
