THE REWARDS FOR THE AMOUNT YOU DONATE

We are fundraising for the StoneCrabs Directors in Practice showcase to give nine directors the opportunity to stage their first professional production at Omnibus, Clapham following 6 months of free training with StoneCrabs Theatre Company.

During the pandemic the theatre industry took a massive hit. However, Stonecrabs Theatre Company have continued to advocate for diverse, emerging directors and producers who together have created a brand new, week-long festival as a culmination of their training and mentorship with StoneCrabs.

This festival represents a group of creatives who are taking up space in this industry and forging their own directorial path in creating work that not only speaks to them but resonates with the audiences that watch. Each of these shows will bring something different to the festival, tackling a range of themes such as social injustice, toxic masculinity, gender power structures, loneliness & isolation, familial bonds and voyeurism.

The funds raised will be used for a number of things from paying our actors, sourcing our props and costumes, marketing material, to rehearsal space and making the festival accessible.

With your support to raise funds, we will empower a new generation of directors that will expand their creative reach, launch their careers and build relationships with industry professionals.

Your donations are greatly appreciated and in return we want to offer a token of our gratitude for your support.
