As a Traditional Lakota medicine man and healer, I have witnessed Steve help hundreds of others heal and improve their well-being. I want to gather support to help him heal and improve his well-being.
Steve was diagnosed with gum disease, and needs extensive dental work to bring health back to his gums and teeth. We love that smile and want to see it more!
Help us help Steve heal and create a healthy set of gums and teeth - and with it the confidence to freely smile and laugh.
Taking care of dental health can be very challenging without the resources and the right health care team to help. Recently aftermuch prayer, Steve has found the right dentist and oral surgeonto help him on this journey, and the confidence needed to do it. They are compassionate and willing to take the time needed to explain what is needed, to layout the steps and to do the work.
With the help of Care Credit and a Gentle dental insurance plan we have been able to begin the process of healing gum disease, including extracting teeth
and replacing them with partials and eventually permanent bridges.
With each step, we see a change in Steve’s health.
The timeline estimate, if all goes well and we move quickly, is 9 months - including deep cleaning treatments, home regimen, extractions, healing, and replacements.
However, we need your help to get him there. Dental insurance plans do not cover the expenses for the level of healing and care needed to eliminate the disease. Financing is helping him to get started.
Costs incurred to date are $5,500 after 10 weeks. To continue and finish the total bills will exceed $20,000. It is too much to do out of pocket, without help.
With your contribution, Steve can continue the process he has started towards taking care of his health and sharing that beautiful smile with all of us!
