Stone Creek Legal Support Fund Phase II

The mission of the Stone Creek Residents for Smart Growth is to educate and inform our community of items taking place in our City Government that may have an impact on our rights as citizens, focusing most importantly on health and safety. For example, on health; Air Pollution from diesel truck emitting PM 2.5 diesel particulates, Noise Pollution from the increase in semi-truck traffic trips and continuous back up beeping, and Light Pollution from the outdoor night lighting on the industrial buildings. With regards to safety; the residents and their children that walk, ride bikes or drive to the elementary school and community park for school, family and sporting events using Zinfandel Dr, Bear Hollow Dr, Spoto Dr, Baroque Dr. and N Mather Blvd will have to be very cautious on these noted roads due to the increase of truck traffic.

We continue to need funds for Legal Support. We are continuing this battle to make all city, county and state governments aware when they approve Industrial buildings to be built near residential neighborhoods that there is a serious impact to their constituents health and safety and transportation infrastructure.
