Stolen rent & bills money. Need help to avoid eviction.

After losing everything in a horrendous divorce to include all bank accounts being drained during the marriage I had to drain my retirement early to start over.

In May of 2025 someone was trying to get in my bank accounts so I gave two months of rent and bills, every bit of money I had left, to a close family member to write checks for them while I found time to drive almost two hours one way to start a new bank account, get checks, etc during business hours. My ex wife ruined my credit thanks to the credit cards being maxed out so I'm unable to get a loan.

Unfortunately it looks like they pocketed the money. I received an eviction notice and I have 14 days to get out if I don't get fully caught up to speed.

That'll impact my job, the content I make on TikTok, I'll lose what little custody I have of my kid, and I'll be homeless. I do not have the means or family support to recoup the money lost.

If you can donate anything I would greatly appreciate it. I'm working with virtually no time to rectify this so this is my last hope.
