Stolen Labubu: A Piece of My Heart
Donation protected
On June 10th, 2025, something precious was taken from me—something small, but full of love, nostalgia, and meaning.
While out to dinner in Farmingdale, NY, on what should have been an ordinary day, my beloved Labubu was stolen right off my bag. One minute it was there, swinging gently like always—my good luck charm, my tiny companion—and the next, it was gone.
Labubu wasn’t just a toy. It was a rare, limited-edition figure that took months of saving and searching to find. But more than that, it carried memories. It reminded me of comfort during hard times, of joy in collecting the little things that make life brighter, and of the community of fans and collectors who share in this quirky love.
To anyone else, it may look like a small figure. But to me, it was personal. It was irreplaceable.
The way it was taken—boldly, right off my bag, in broad daylight—makes it even worse. Someone reached into my world and stole something that meant so much to me, leaving behind only the empty keychain it once dangled from.
Now I’m asking for your help. Whether it’s $1 or just sharing this page, every bit brings me one step closer to replacing what was stolen. Labubu might be a collectible, but to me, it was a symbol of happiness—and I’d love nothing more than to bring that joy back into my life.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing with me in this weird, sad little mission.
