Yesterday afternoon marked a huge milestone for Justine and I. It was the day she stepped away from her corporate career, and the moment we officially began our journey of building a business together.

Tragically, within minutes of finishing lunch, between 1:40 and 1:45pm, our entire camera rig was stolen from right beside us.

While at the end of the day it’s “just equipment,” and it can be replaced, the timing has made this loss especially difficult. We were in the middle of transitioning our insurance, which unfortunately means we aren’t covered for this incident. As a result, we’re now facing the unexpected cost of replacing all of our gear right at the very start of this new chapter.
