I am very shocked and saddened to say I had my camera bag with almost $6,000 in camera gear, lenses, camera accessories, my wallet, cash, and clothing stolen this week at Love’s Travel Stop gas station in Bakersfield on my way to Sequoia where I was going to renovate a cabin and take family photos for my brother’s family. Someone got into the trunk of their van, and I filed a police report, but y’all know that it will not be recovered in that town. I don’t have the serial numbers, which also makes it nearly impossible, and I can’t file an insurance claim because I don’t have proof. It sucks bad.
