Stolen Badger Cub, Repair Fund

The Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital have had a devastating break in and theft of a badger cub from one of their enclosures. This poor badger cub had been in care for a couple of months and was in a very weak state on arrival. After spending all of this time rehabilitating her and getting her ready for release, this tragic event has prevented this.

CCTV footage is currently being investigated from the night of Monday 19th July 2021 when she was taken. If you have any information about any activity that night, please contact the Leicestershire wildlife hospital. We are really praying that she can be found.

The damage done to the enclosure is going to cost £1000 to repair which is another strain on the charity after fundraising events have been cancelled due to COVID.
