Hi,
My name is Anita and I run the St.Matthew's School Young Writers club.
The children and I have worked very hard this year to create an anthology called:
THE ST.MATTHEW'S BOOK OF IMAGINATION, STORIES, AND POETRY.
I'm raising funds to pay towards the layout and printing costs for this project.
The authors are 14 children from Year3 to Year6 at St.Matthew's school, Cambridge. The ethos of the club is to celebrate children's innate creativity and to let their imagination run free, so this collection will not be polished prose. Instead, you will find a firework of imagination and joy! The work has been very lightly edited for grammar, spelling, and general comprehension.
The cost for printing about 200 copies plus associated costs for design, layout, and file preparation is around £700-800.
We have already raised £330 towards this project with a cake sale and would love to see it fully funded so we can launch this book!
This is a not-for-profit project. Ideally, we'd raise enough money for each child to receive at least 5 copies of their book. The children can then sell or gift these copies to friends and family.
Any spare funds will go to the school's PtA to fund further creative activities in the school.
The more money we raise, the more copies we can print for the children to share and enjoy. So, all contributions are much appreciated!

- Please 'donate' £10 per copy (including shipping).
- Example: if you wish to receive 3 copies, please donate £30
- Then, CONTACT ME via the GoFundMe page to let me know how many copies of the book you have paid towards, and your address where necessary.
- When the book is printed, I will ship it to you.
The children are so very excited to be published authors very soon!
