For all of us who knew Joseph, he likely had an impact on your life, whether it was a joke and a smile or friendly smack talk about your fit-up or welds. I am creating this page for friends and co-workers of Joseph as a way to contribute to Joseph's funeral, memorial, and burial expenses.
