I hate to post this, but I’m at a breaking point.

Everything has hit at once: Duffy (my golden retriever and my heart) has a painful sore that needs treatment, I’m facing eviction if I can’t cover rent next week, I have surgery scheduled on Tuesday, and on top of that I’m filing bankruptcy because there’s no other way out.

I’ve tried selling my 3-day Dead & Co ticket (paid $635, now down to $400) and can’t even move it. My work hours were cut by medical leave and the bills have buried me.

The immediate need: Rent is due Tuesday ($2,540 total). After that, I have zero left for food, for Duffy’s care, or to get to San Francisco for surgery.

I feel like I’ve been living in a Star Trek Voyager “Year of Hell” episode: it’s been months of nonstop emergencies with no way to come up for air.

If you’ve ever thought about helping me, this is the moment. Even $10 or $20 matters right now. I’ll find a way to get stable once I survive this month.
