K.I.S.S. (Keeping It Super Simple) Legally-Provable Story of PURE HATRED

After enduring many traumatic violations of my state, federal, and constitutional rights since the height of the pandemic by the YMCA of Greater Boston and Cruz Management Company Property Managers, the newest manager since February 2025—Jade Cruz or Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz Dennis—has escalated the HATEFUL, retaliatory, discriminatory, malicious, and nefarious attacks to conscience-shocking levels.

In July 2025, Jade Dennis, I am convinced, cruelly orchestrated the unlawful termination of my housing subsidy through Jessica Rojas of Boston Housing Authority. Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis then filed a HATEFUL, retaliatory eviction in September 2025 that the landlord, the YMCA of Greater Boston, fully supports.

To stop the severely distressing, persistent, HATEFUL retaliation, I had to flee to the Federal Court, because the Housing Court is a total joke or is structurally biased against tenants. I concurrently filed a complaint and a Motion for An Emergency Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction in the Federal Court. I am now fighting to stop the ongoing abuse by Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis and Cruz Management Company in the Housing Court AND in the Federal Court.

Multi-Year Legally-Provable Story of PURE HATRED: A Pattern of Abuse

These are just SOME of the HATEFUL acts I have endured from the YMCA of Greater Boston and Cruz Management Company Property Managers since the height of the pandemic because I engage in protected activity or because I exercise my legal rights:

1. 2020: HATEFUL, Life-Threatening Sabotage. The YMCA of Greater Boston former janitor, Yoel Pena, maliciously shut off my heat twice in below-freezing temperatures—once with the air conditioning turned on—jeopardizing my health and safety.

2. 2021: HATEFUL Privacy Invasion & Harassment. The YMCA of Greater Boston former janitor, Yoel Pena, regularly engaged in unauthorized access, invasions of my privacy, and various forms of harassment.

3. 2022: HATEFUL Attempted Lockout & Humiliation. Rosa M. Caraballo of Cruz Management Company petitioned the Housing Court to change the locks on my door and ban me from the building because I had lawfully and peacefully refused an unscheduled extermination, or because I did not allow her deliberate disturbance of my quiet enjoyment.

4. 2023-2024: HATEFUL Police Intimidation & Traumatization. Krystal Gately of Cruz Management Company surrounded my door with at least four white male police officers, on four separate occasions during a four-month period, because I had lawfully and peacefully refused access for routine visits due to improper notice. In one of those instances, November 2023, the YMCA of Greater Boston maintenance supervisor encouraged the police to enter my unit and "escort her out of the building." In another instance, March 2024, I made it clear in an email that I would allow entry the day before and Cruz Management Company surrounded my door the next day anyway with at least four white male police officers. As a dark-skinned Black female, these traumatizing acts by non-Blacks jeopardized my safety, freedom, and life.

5. 2025 Ongoing Escalation: HATEFUL Financial Coercion and Eviction
I am convinced that Jade Dennis, Jade Cruz, or Jade Cruz Dennis of Cruz Management Company conspired with Jessica Rojas of Boston Housing Authority to unlawfully terminate my housing subsidy via a THREE-day notice in July 2025 that offered no reasons for the decision or an appeal.

Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis of Cruz Management Company then filed a HATEFUL, retaliatory eviction in September 2025 that the landlord, the YMCA of Greater Boston, fully supports. The third, retaliatory tenancy termination notice did NOT mention nonpayment of rent or rent arrearages, neither did the first retaliatory eviction summons and complaint. The ultimate goal of Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis and Cruz Management Company is to render me homeless because I have never acquiesced to their ongoing violations of my rights.

To address the severely distressing, persistent retaliation I had to flee to the Federal Court on September 29 and October 9, 2025, because the Housing Court is a total joke or is structurally biased against tenants. I concurrently filed a complaint and a Motion for An Emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and Preliminary Injunction (PI). I am now fighting to stop the ongoing abuse by Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis and Cruz Management Company in the Housing Court AND through the Federal Court.

It was not until AFTER I served Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis and Cruz Management Company my Housing Court Counterclaims on November 3, 2025, where they are named as Co-Defendants, AND my Federal Complaint and Motion for an Emergency TRO and PI on November 4, 2025, did Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis dramatically demand over four months of back contract rent and monthly use and occupancy contract rent from me through the Housing Court.

Shortly before then, Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis and Cruz Management Company claimed in an October 22, 2025, email, that I needed to earn “2x [the contract] rent” to become a tenant under the Low-Income Home Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis of Cruz Management Company is demanding contract rent payments after, I am convinced, very HATEFULLY and maliciously orchestrating the unlawful termination of my housing subsidy by Jessica Rojas of the Boston Housing Authority.

It is my opinion and belief that Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis of Cruz Management Company are scamming vulnerable tenants and/or defrauding either the YMCA of Greater Boston, Boston Housing Authority, and/or the LIHTC program. Where my security deposit is concerned, for example, it seems Jade Dennis or Jade Cruz or Jade Cruz Dennis of Cruz Management Company has definitely scammed me because she has repeatedly refused to provide me with banking information for my security deposit as recently as October 22, 2025.
