And tomorrow suddenly looked different...

I am a 42-year-old mother of a 4-year-old boy, and last year I was diagnosed with stage IV ROS1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) with bone metastases. As a non-smoker who has lived a healthy, active life, this diagnosis came completely out of the blue and turned everything upside down for me and my family.

I am not ready to leave. I am full of life, full of love for my child, and determined to keep fighting. My child is still so small...

I am currently undergoing active treatment and doing everything possible to continue my care and improve my chances. We are now seeking help to access further therapies and treatment options that offer hope, but come with significant costs that are beyond what we can manage as a family.

This is not just about treatment—it is about time. It is about watching my child grow up, being there for the moments still to come, and not being taken away too soon.
