Theo and Tilly have already survived more than most kittens ever should — but right now, they urgently need help again.

These two were rescued from the streets of the UAE, dangerously underweight and struggling to survive. Thanks to emergency care and incredible support, they made it through and were eventually flown to the UK in the hope of finally finding stability and safety.

Sadly, their health problems have not resolved.

Both kittens are still suffering from severe, ongoing diarrhoea that has not improved with initial treatments. They are underweight, uncomfortable, and having frequent accidents outside the litter tray. There is constant mess, sore skin, and clear signs that something is not right — particularly for little Tilly, who appears to be in pain.

Their kind foster carer is doing absolutely everything possible, but the situation has become incredibly difficult. There is poo everywhere, constant clean-ups, and a huge amount of extra care involved while Theo and Tilly continue to struggle with their health.

We urgently need to raise funds for further veterinary tests, diagnostics, and treatment to finally identify the cause of their condition and get it under control. Until this is resolved, they cannot be neutered and cannot move forward toward adoption.

We know this is a second fundraiser, and we never ask lightly. But these kittens are still fighting, still affectionate, still playful — and they deserve the chance to live without pain, discomfort, and constant distress.
