Stiles Family House Fire Support
Donation protected
On the evening of Sunday, January 30, 2022, around 7 pm, a fire started in the kitchen of Zach and Steph's home in Clear Brook, VA. Zach, Steph and Tanner were eating dinner with Zach's parents as they do every Sunday night but came home to a house filled with smoke and smoke alarms blaring. Zach entered his home to see if 911 was a necessary call, and as soon as he entered the home knew the call was inevitable. We are incredibly grateful that no one was physically harmed. Many of you know that our family experienced a house fire in 2014. That was a very different scenario with 2 of our family members badly injured and hospitalized for days, months, and years. That has remained our focus this go-round - no one was injured! This did stir up many unpleasant memories, but it also reminded us of the good in people and how we were so supported by so many. Zach and Steph have lost so much - most all personal items and home furnishings. These, of course, can be replaced in time. We ask that you help us support them so they can begin to rebuild their home. Tanner is due to get a new baby brother or sister in late June, so any help we can give this family as they begin to prepare for a new baby is much appreciated. Please help us surround this family with love and support. We greatly appreciate the outpouring of love we have received thus far.
