Stile's Bushfire Fundraiser
Donation protected
The bushfires have been an ongoing crisis impacting people not just within Australia, but on a global level, and will continue to do so for months to come. Whilst you may have already made a donation, the crisis is far from over.
Stile Education believes that in order to be part of a responsible community, it has a social and moral obligation to lead by example and act in a way that aligns with its values.
The RCC has identified three main stakeholders affected by the fires - people, wildlife and the environment - we have selected a charity that represents the interests of each and will be donating a portion of the funds raised to each charity. Please vote as to how you would like your donation to be split using the form here .
Please note - you MUST complete the form above when you make a donation!
You can read a little more about each charity below:
Seed
The impacts of climate change hit minority groups the hardest. Seed is Australia’s first indigenous youth climate network. An inclusive, diverse organisation that educates, inspires and empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander young people to lead climate campaigns. They fight for a just and sustainable future, with strong cultures and communities, and a healthy society powered by renewable energy.
Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal
The FRRR directs grants to organisations in areas that have been affected by the fires, helping them to rebuild and regenerate their communities. They extend to really hard-to-reach organisations like Rotary Clubs and grassroots community rehabilitation initiatives.
Wildlife Rescue South Coast
The WRSC is a 100% volunteer run organisation that has been caring for injured and displaced wildlife throughout the bushfire crisis and are in desperate need of funds for food, medical supplies and temporary living enclosures for the wildlife during their stay.
Withdrawal plan - our donation collection period will close on February 24th. At this time we will withdraw the funds collected and donate a portion to each of the above charities.
