Stewie's emergency intestinal blockage surgery

Hi friends and family,

My name is Casey Phillips and I am starting a GoFundMe to help pay for my baby boy Stewie's emergency intestinal blockage surgery. Stewie has a very sensitive stomach and started vomiting Friday evening. In the past, when this happens, he usually responds to anti-vomiting and anti-nausea medication, but this was different. He just kept projectile vomiting, so I had to rush him to the emergency vet and they found a significant blockage in his lower intestinal tract. He is having emergency surgery this morning at 9:00 a.m. to have the blockage removed. This is a very costly surgery and a very unexpected expense. The total cost of the surgery is $4,000 and that's not including the $1,388 I had to pay just to walk in the door to have him seen for x-rays, blood work, and supportive intravenous fluids. If you know me, you know just how much my dogs mean to me and I would be incredibly grateful for any and all donations to go towards my baby boy Stewie's surgery cost.
