Steve's Urgent Need: Flood Relief Fund

I am asking for any help whatsoever for my cousin Steve, who has literally lost everything, including his animals, in the floods in Central Texas. Anything at all, even if it's $1.00, is one thing closer to helping someone try to replace and repair their entire life—please help ASAP.
