Hi, I'm Steve. I haven't mentioned it to many people, but I got divorced fairly recently. The plan was initially for me to move out but then changed to her moving and I'd keep the house. Unfortunately, that changed recently, and I'm left scrambling to now scrape up enough money to be able to afford a new place on a month's notice. Unfortunately, the price of housing has gone through the roof, and I am finding myself short the funds to pay deposits that are double the rent. I can come up with a good chunk of it, but I'm still falling short, and I need to be able to afford a place by June 1st and have no option to stay longer. I have to find a place suitable for myself and my two teens, and homeless is not an option. So, I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help to cover this cost. Anything is appreciated. I know I and my children will be grateful for any help.
