Hi all,
Maybe you've heard, maybe you have not, but heres the skinny (No, I'm not talking about Steve)
Recently in the Moor household what was thought to be a stomach bug wrecked havoc, ok well that did actually happen. While the girls got over it, Steve did not. Being the adult that he is, went to work where a co-worker told him he looked a little yellow. Yikes.
Fast forward, went in for evaluation where he was found to have a small tumor around the head of his pancreas. This tumor was creating a blockage on a bile duct, thus causing the dump in bilirubin and subsequently the jaundice. After much imaging and testing he was told he had pancreatic cancer, confirmation following a biopsy that was done yesterday. This simply confirmed what they already knew. His plan of treatment is 4 months of aggressive chemo followed by a surgical procedure, the Whipple (look it up) This being said, lets help these guys out. Steve will be out of work for a long while. Any help with household bills and upcoming medical expenses are greatly appreciated.
