Steven Uhal's Legacy: Charlie's College Education

Donation protected
Hello! Steven Nicholas Uhal, 48, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife, surrounded by family, on February 2, 2025, after a courageous fight against cancer. Steven is survived by his wife, Amy, and son, Charlie. Steven was a long-time member of our Tampa Bay community and a 20+ year Pasco County Sheriff. Two of his greatest dreams are for his son to continue to enjoy playing baseball and to earn a top-grade college education.

Steven and Charlie share a mutual love of baseball, and he made a lasting impression on many kids as a coach. The Uhal motto during Steven's cancer treatment became "Daddy never misses a game." In addition to coaching baseball, Steven loved spending time with family, grilling by the pool, and cheering on the Washington Redskins football team.

We have created this GoFundMe page to raise money for Charlie's education. Every single dollar donated will be saved in a 529 College Savings account and used for when Charlie heads to college in 2033! We thank you in advance for your time and attention and sincerely appreciate your generosity.
