Steven Higgins Memorial Fund

On April 17th, 2017, Steven (or Trinity as many people knew him as) was hit by a car while waiting to cross a street to walk to his daughters home. We were very hopeful he would push through and fully recover from his injuries, but after landing on the hood of the drivers car and being flung into a house that the driver ultimately hit, his injuries were far to extensive. He sustained multiple skull fractures and his brain was swollen and had a gash in his arm that he lost a massive amount of blood from. After x-rays, CAT scans and blood transfusions, the surgeon stabilized him hoping to move him to the Trauma ICU. Upon moving him, Steven's heart rate began to drop from 130 to eventually disappearing altogether. We lost a daddy, grandpa and friend at 7:42pm. Only about 3 hours after he was hit.

He didn't have a will or life insurance. We are asking for as much help as we can get to cover his final expenses and medical bills. Every bit counts and even just a share from everyone could help get the support we need. Thank you so much for your donations.
