Get Steven to grandpa's side UPDATED to funeral

I am making this GoFundMe to get Steven Randolph, my family member as well as a 2023 graduate of Chilton ISD that received a 4 year scholarship to attend Bluffton University, from Bluffton University in Bluffton Ohio to Waco Texas via Greyhound bus as well as a few other expenses that are explained below, his parents just made a trip to take him and all of his belongings to Ohio so he could attend college where he received his scholarship from so we need to help him get to Waco as soon as possible because on September 12th 2023 during the late evening hours David Munday, 70 was rushed to Providence hospital in Waco Texas due to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) his levels were only 30mg/dl, any level below 54mg/dl is considered severe and can make a person feel very confused, pass out, or have a seizure. Without prompt immediate medical treatment a level in as low as David's was may lead to a coma and even sudden death. Upon arriving at the hospital several tests were done, with results showing he has sepsis which occurs when chemicals released in the bloodstream to fight an infection trigger inflammation throughout the body. This can cause a cascade of changes that damage multiple organ systems, leading them to fail and resulting in the death of 64% of patients that are diagnosed with it at age 70. Steven has never been away from his grandpa this long and with such a grim outlook he needs to be at his grandfather's side whether it's to watch him recover or to say goodbye. I'm asking that you please donate anything that you can no matter how small it is for the following expenses below.

Expenses for an Uber from Bluffton University in Bluffton Ohio to Columbus Ohio to the Greyhound bus station.

Cost for the the earliest bus route we are able to get him on from Columbus Ohio to Waco Texas.

Money for food and drinks or anything else he may need while he is in route from Ohio to Texas.

Money to go ahead and purchase his return ticket to Ohio from Waco Texas to go back and attend college after everything goes however it's supposed to go, I have spoken with Greyhound already and was told that I could schedule his return ticket for any date and that I could change it In any way to work out In the best interest of Steven.

The cost of food and drinks and anything else he may need on his route back to college.

And lastly an Uber from the Greyhound bus station in Columbus back to his dorm at Bluffton University. After looking into everything The rough total of this trip is going to be somewhere around $1,200. Steven is a great kid and received a wonderful gift of a 4-year scholarship but he should not have to miss telling his grandpa that he is so close to goodbye nor should he have to miss his funeral, Steven is in Ohio by himself and I can only imagine what he is going through being there alone and receiving news like this. Steven not only needs to be by his grandpa's side at this time but also the rest of his family, if you can find it in your heart to please help this young man that deserves everything I have stated in this paragraph along with so much more, please do no matter how much or how little it is, I need for everyone that raises to band together and help get Steven to his grandpa's side as soon as possible. UPDATE: As of 09-14-2023 at 0142 hrs, David Munday has gotten his wings, so please find it within your heart to get Steven back to Texas with his family, not only to help support them but for his family to be able to physically be there to support Steven was going through one of probably the hardest things he will ever have to deal with, he deserves to be able to have a way to be here and attend his own grandpa's services in person, unless but not least Steven is in Ohio as a young man that just graduated that has never been away from any of his family this long or by that many miles and he's going through all of this alone. So as I stayed earlier please find it within your heart to do whatever you possibly can to help us get Steven to Texas as soon as possible. 

Update: Steven is in Texas 9-18-23. Y'all don't stop donating because Steven can't fathom staying in his grandpa's house, so he's been staying in a room, and having to get fast food and we still have to get him back to Ohio as well as the expenses for food and drinks and the Uber to get from the bus station back to his dorm.  Thank you to all those who have donated, it's been a true blessing!!
