Steven was a beloved son,husband, father, brother, uncle, coach and mentor to many! Never in a million years would our family think we would be in the position to have to lay him to rest so suddenly. While on a trip from Sacramento to New Orleans  with his wife and 3 youngest children Steven suffered  a massive heart attack while at a rest stop in Texas.  Due to complication from the heart attack Steven was diagnosed with  Anoxic Brain Injury. Unfortunately after many tests doctor's determined that he had gone to long without oxygen and that nothing more could be done. As a family we are now tasked with bringing him home from TX and planning his memorial. Medical bills and other expenses are also something we most take care of.
