Our friend Steven has just been through brain surgery to remove 95% of a tumor that covered a large part of his brain. He has been doing well in recovery, but the chemotherapy treatments have been hard on him. His spirits are high as he moves onto the next part of his recovery. Of course, he has been unable to work, and the medical expenses are piling up.
We want to do something for the guy who would always be willing to do something for us. Hospital bills are expensive, not to mention further treatment and the costs associated with his recent diagnosis of diabetes, too.
