Missions Trip to Brazil with Shawnee Baptist Church, May '25

Dear Friends and Family,

I am Steven Ward Jr. and I am excited to share an incredible opportunity with you! This spring, along with other members of Shawnee Baptist Church, I will be embarking on a mission trip to Brazil, and we would greatly appreciate your help to make it a reality. Our goal is to raise $2,000 to cover travel expenses, accommodations, and supplies for our outreach efforts.

Why Brazil?

Tom and Cindy Brewer, who have been Missionaries to Brazil for over 40 years have invited us to come and take part in their ministry.

Brazil is a vibrant country with rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and a warm-hearted community. However, many people in Brazil have never heard the Gospel!

During our trip, we’ll be assisting the Brewers in their efforts to start a camp meeting ministry, along with regular outreach and service in the local Brazilian churches.
