Friends and Family,
My father, Steven A. Carter Sr., passed away in Newark, DE on March 11, 2016 after battling multiple instances of organ failure. He was only 58. His health had been declining over the last few years, deteriorating sharply in recent weeks.
He served his country as a proud member of the U.S. Air Force for six years before returning home in 1982. Following his service, he constantly strove to build a life, holding jobs from data entry to truck driving throughout the years.
Unfortunately, always the optimist, my father never purchased life insurance. Thus, my siblings and I are covering his funeral arrangements and final costs. In lieu of flowers, we ask for your help to cover those costs.
His memorial service will be held on March 18, 2016 at 7pm at Congo Funeral Home, 201 N Gray Avenue, Wilmington, DE. All are welcome to attend.
As we mourn our father and honor his spirit, your assistance means a great deal to us. If you are so inclined, please help us honor him by making a small contribution in his memory. Thank you.
