Steven A. Florio Legacy Fund

Steve fought and beat acute myeloid leukemia in 2017. Unfortunately, in February 2022, the leukemia returned, and after several unsuccessful chemotherapy rounds, he will enter hospice.

Steve is one of the friendliest and kindest people around and is always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone. He has a huge heart which he uses to love his family, friends and community unconditionally. Steve has advocacy in his blood and truly enjoys being involved in the deaf community as a community leader throughout his professional career and volunteer experiences. Most of all, he loves being a father to his three sons, and you could always find him in the bleachers videotaping games.

To know him is an honor, and we know he has touched many lives.
