Dad's (Steve Levy) medical fund

As most of you know my Dad Steve had major surgery earlier this month with a 2 week stay in the Cardiac ICU. He is thankfully home, however a significant amount of time for recovery needed. Due to his current time out of work and a required continued leave of absence he needs some financial help. I'm doing all I can do, however it doesn't resolve the entire situation.
