Steve Wilke medical and financial relief

This week my son, Steve Wilke, was diagnosed with Stage 2 rectal cancer.  As expected, this has been a blow to the entire family.  Steve has always been our rock and is so worried about his family and the effect his illness will have on his wife and children.

Steve has had two major surgeries.  The first was to remove his appendix, gallbladder, the tumor and a portion of his colon.  Forty eight hours later, he faced his second surgery to stop internal bleeding.  This caused a major setback.  At this point, we are uncertain what the treatment plan will be.  It will be a long recovery for all of them, but we will continue to pray for strength during this difficult time.

I am starting this GoFundMe page to help with medical expenses and perhaps ease the financial burden of every day life for his family.

We so appreciate all  the love and support of friends, family and loved ones during this time.  We pray that Steve recovers quickly so he will be able to get back to what he does best -- take care of his family.
