Hi my name is Renee Stacey. I'm fundraising to cover the cost of my husband's funeral. Steve was my best friend, my soulmate and the love of my life. He was an amazing father to our children, Brandon (27), Brittany (23) and Emma (18). He is now going to be with our daughter Brooklyn . She would've been 21 now. He was only 47 years old. He was taken from us without warning. He was in the hospital and they weren't watching him correctly same in the middle of the night he took off his oxygen(he had double pneumonia). On the way to the bathroom he passed out, turned blue. When they finally found him he was blue. They performed CPR and he was put on a ventilator. The tests showed he suffered severe brain damage from the lack of oxygen. It affected the part the that controls personality and memory. He can't recover from this. He was taken from us way too suddenly. That's why I'm here hoping and praying that I can give him the final he deserves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
