On November 12th,  my family received the devastating news that our father, Steven Rapp, was struck by a vehicle on Paxton street while on his way to work. My family is completely heart broken by the sudden loss of our father. As an active member of the Lawton American Legion,
Steve was well known by many in the area, especially for his outgoing personality; being able to have a conversation with anyone. 

At only 66, my family was not prepared for his death and need help with paying for his funeral services and his memorial. I am humbly asking you to share this page and make a donation if you can. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
