Update: The service for Steve will be held in Saturday, April 20th, at 2:00 at Ascension Lutheran Church. Flowers may be sent the day of the service at 6420 Hart Lane in Austin, Texas 78731.

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of Steve Payne on Saturday, April 13th. Steve was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He was an exceptional educator and school administrator and touched the lives of countless students and families. He has left a tremendous legacy!

With the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it can also bring financial burdens. We would like to raise money for Steve’s family to help with any medical and funeral expenses.
