Steve Ozimec

Andie, Danielle and Emily have been flooded with support and love following the sudden loss of their beloved Steve Ozimec. The outpouring messages of comfort have provided them moments of peace.

Many have asked how we can help, and immediately it's hard to know the answer. We all struggle with what to do and how to be helpful in the face of this enormous loss. For those that would like to contribute in some small way, a Go Fund Me page has been set up for the family. There will be time in the weeks and months ahead that we hope it will be a blessing for the family to have this support so they can spend time together - that might include meals out, family time together doing something special, and other unknown challenges, for the things they don’t yet know they will need.

Steve loved deeply and his greatest joy was celebrating life’s big and little moments with his family and friends. To know Steve was to love him.

Steve recently celebrated 20 years of devoted marriage to his love, Andrea. Together they raised their beloved daughters, Danielle and Emily, who are simply the centre of Steve’s universe. He was, and will always continue to be, their teacher, coach, best friend, and Chef Daddy-O. Losing him leaves an immeasurable gap in their young lives.

The funds will be provided directly to Andie Chalmers-Ozimec.

We will love him forever, and miss him terribly.
