Steve needs 2 surgeries

Steve has such an amazingly positive energy towards every day. He loves helping others just because he can. He has done countless handyman projects and assisted people with diet/exercise plans without asking for anything in return. I've seen him pull over off the road to help strangers load/unload equipment just because he could tell they could use an extra hand.
He has been living with ulcerative colitis for 16 years. He has stayed active despite painful symptoms. We are starting a small scale organic farm, with a variety of year round vegetables and are raising rare, dual-purpose chickens. Suddenly, everything had to be put on hold.
After 10 days in the hospital this March, we have found out that Steve requires two major surgeries that both involve hospitalization of 5 - 7 days each. He is currently at home on bed rest till his inflammation is reduced and his Albumin levels are high enough to get the first surgery (6-7 weeks). Being otherwise a very healthy man, we have no insurance to cover the current hospital bill nor the bills that are coming our way.
We are asking for a donation of any amount. Anything given is going straight to paying for surgery/hospitalization as well as supporting his wife and two girls ages 7 and 4.
He has such a passion for life, please help me get this man back on his feet!
