Steve has lost everything :(

My brother, Steven has lost everything he owns in Merritt, BC besides his vehicle, his dog and his 3 cats. He cannot get to his birds :(. The picture that you see here with the arrow pointing is his house. He was evacuated very quickly and had just enough time to try and find his cats and load them up in the car with his dog and make his way out of town to Barriere. He literally only has the clothes on his back that he left home in. His motor cycle that he saved and saved for, his furniture, his clothes, his food, his photos of his daughter, Cassidy, everything is wrecked now and he can't even go back for any of it. Steve is going to find it challenging to even get to work now as it is in Logan Lake and he is 2 hours away in Barriere. I am hoping to find him help from absolutely anyone that can spare even 10, 20 bucks. I am putting a goal of 3,000 dollars to help him find a different place to rent, in whichever town he can find one that will be close to his work. If you cannot afford to help financially, PLEASE can you help simply by sharing this post and asking others to please do the same. You never know when someone may be willing to help someone in need. Thank you so much. **UPDATE** Steve's birds and his daughter, Cassidy's ashes were rescued by a hero that crawled through sewage water and through the dog door to get into his completely irreparable house.
