On Saturday the 3rd May 2025, we lost one of the most incredibly amazing human beings that this world had to offer.

Steve Dwyer was a loving husband, an amazing father, a perfect son, a little brother, a fabulous work colleague and the best mate anyone could ever ask for. He’s also been described as a joker, a larrikin, a crap golfer and an all-round cheeky bugger. Steve was extremely hard working and would often put others first. He was always striving to provide the best possible life for his family.

Sometimes life can be incredibly cruel and sadly Steve was taken far too quickly and way too young. He went to the hospital on the 26th April 2025 and a week later, we had the news that would shatter our worlds. He had catastrophic and irreversible damage to his brain and sadly, no chance of waking up. His family who were by his side had to make the heartbreaking decision to turn off the machines and let him leave this world.

Now his beautiful wife, Yarni and two gorgeous teenage children have to face the world without him. Steve was someone who would do anything to help a mate. Now it’s our turn to return that love and support to Steve, via his family.

Every little bit counts and if we can contribute to the funeral costs, allow Yarni to have more time off work with the children or just help them move forward day by day, then that’s what we will do.
