Steve Cater

Hi everyone, I'm fundraising for a colleague and friend of mine Steve and his family.

In July of 2022 Steve was diagnosed with cancer and underwent various treatments. He fought hard to overcome his diagnosis.

Steve received the news this year that the cancer had been successfully removed and he was on the road to recovery.

In the final few weeks of recovery, a second cancer was found, this time deemed to be terminal.

Steve has worked at Bromford Housing for coming on 20 years. He is an absolute workhorse and fountain of construction knowledge, always working with the customer and the team in mind.

Moreover, Steve is a one-of-a-kind personality and a larger than life character. I guarantee anyone who has met Steve will have a story about him, either of his comical genius or of him going above and beyond to help them.

Steve is also an avid motorbike rider and often completes fundraising rides for charity.
