On June 23rd, my Dad fell off the roof, broke his left femur, fractured his L3 on his spine, and had internal bleeding. He was airlifted from Desert Valley Hospital to the Arrowhead Trauma Center in Colton. When he had sugery, they placed a rod and screws in his leg and put him in a brace for his spine. He spent about a week in the trauma ward. Due to the unfortunate timing of his injury and the lack of medical insurance, the medical expenses that my Dad will incur will be insurmountable. in hopes that it will help ease the financial burden that will be placed on my Dad.
