Steve Glen Cox Medical Expenses

Hello, my name is Claudia, and I am raising funds for my brother, Steve and sister in law, Wanda, as they are going through the most difficult time of their lives. Steve is a diabetic and for the last six months, he has been fighting terrible, painful wounds on both feet. Not only does he have diabetes, he has had three heart attacks and a quadruple heart bypass. Which contributed to his losing blood flow to both legs.

On April 5th, he lost the battle to save his left leg, and had to have it amputated from above the knee. Once he recovers from this surgery, after a rehab stay, he will be back in the hospital. The doctor will try to save his right leg but it is a possibility that he may lose it also.

My brother has had a amazing attitude through all his trials. He only concerns are financial as he will no longer be able to work.

Steve is the kind of person who will give you the shirt off his back even if it's his last one. He has an enormous group of friends and family which we are so grateful for!

With his month in the hospital and rehab, their medical bills will be astronomical! Then it's all over again, for a second surgery.
