Steve and Jaclyn’s Health Bills


As many of you know, my brother Steve has faced an incredible amount of health problems and surgeries throughout his life. Unfortunately, this past year has been no exception as a major obstacle arose for our family and for Steve and a Jaclyn.

Several months back, Steve suddenly began to develop some extreme pains throughout his body... over a span of weeks it worsened, resulting in a major heart surgery, at least 8 ER visits at 3 different hospitals, 3 emergency ambulance rides, amongst more. 

Currently, Steve has been admitted to UW experiencing increasingly worse physical “episodes” where at any random moment he will nearly pass out, can’t talk, move, or breath with pain and numbness throughout his brain and body, among other symptoms. His whole body is out of whack and the Dr.’s are having a hard time finding the issue and treating it. Unfortunately, this means his condition has worsened over time. They’ve been trying to help symptoms but haven’t solved the problem.

Since taking care of his 5th heart surgery in November, a team of doctors and medical staff are working hard on searching for clues in his brain and nervous system to properly diagnose and treat him, as they think the problem may lay there.

We, as well as many of you having been praying for healing and we continue to believe that the Lord is working through this situation, and that Steve and Jaclyn are growing closer together and to God in this trial.

I’m setting this up to help with their out of pocket fee which is $8,000. They met that in the first couple days of January, and I want to see how we can help them with that expense. Thank you to anyone willing to give and help support them through this time!
