I am raising money for a 6 year old little boy who just lost his one surviving parent.  Stergios is a energetic, loving, smart, and courageous little boy.  On May 26th, 2020, Stergios suffered a traumatic event that will undoubtedly change his life forever.  On May 26th Stergios was left parentless, when God called one of his Angels, Stergios ‘s father home.  Six years ago when Stergios was only two weeks old, his mother was diagnosed with brain cancer. She passed away when Stergios was only ten months old, without him ever getting to know the woman who gave him life.  His father Paul, a loving, hard working, spiritual man was left to raise Stergios on his own.  For the last six years, with the help of his mother and his sister, Paul was raising Stergios. Paul was an amazing father. He taught Stergio about God, and how to be a respectful, thoughtful, and loving person. He made sure Stergios knew all about his mother and how much she loved and wanted him.  Paul made sure Stergios knew that his mother didn’t want to leave him, but God needed her for reason we don’t know, and that someday he would surely see her again.  Then on May 26th Stergios suffered the ultimate tragedy, when his father passed away from colon cancer after a brave year long battle.  Stergios went to sleep on May 25th holding his father’s hand. When he woke up he was given the devastating news that his father had gone to be with his mother. God had called home another one of his Angels. This brave little six year old was now left with both his parents gone. Stergios has an amazing, and loving grandmother Dimitra, and aunt Maria, who will now be left to raise Stergios and be sure that he knows how much both his parents loved him, and wanted him. How much they both wanted to stay with him, but God must have needed them for something very important. To be sure he always knows that if they could be here with him, they would be.  He was their everything and the best son any parent could ask for. To reassure him that someday he will see them again.  There is no amount of money that will bring back Stergios parents. There is no amount of money that can lessen his heartbreak. This account is being started to help and lessen the burden on the family, to cover funeral expenses first. Any money raised after funeral expenses are covered will go to Stergios for his needs and his needs only. Any donation of any amount will be appreciated greatly.
