As a lot of friends know, I've been having a lot of health issues since August or so. The next step needed to remove precancerous cells has seemed impossible to get. To do it the way my doctor would prefer, due to the bleeding issue I've been dealing with, he needs to do it in the OR after discovering how bad the bleeding can get and the spot being bigger than the office can handle. The amount the hospital wants before doing anything is almost 10k. And that's just one step. But I've exhausted a lot of avenues trying to get this done: state care, grants, etc. Income is too great, and getting insurance is ridiculously costly per month too. I know this is a long shot, especially these days, but I figured I'd try and see what happens.
