At Age Cymru Gwent, we want to change how we age. We have numerous projects across the entire county to help do this. Whether that be supporting older people to resettle after a stay in hospital, offering domestic or caring services to those in need or supporting adults with their housing needs to avoid homelessness, we aim to help as many as we can, regardless of their age.

We're a small but dedicated charity, full with staff who are passionate about the support they provide to their communities. It's therefore essential that we provide comprehensive support options so that we can continue the high standards of support that are already providing.

To best do this, we've set ourselves a challenge to walk 624 miles over the duration of September - this is equivalent to the square-miles Gwent covers in Wales.
