Hello friends and family. It breaks our hearts to announce that our little sister Steph has just embarked on a devastating and heart wrenching journey, beginning a battle with Stage 3 Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma) in mid June. She is 32 years old, 5 months pregnant and the most dedicated and passionate mother you could ever imagine to her beautiful 3yo daughter, Zoe. She is a devoted wife, sister, daughter and friend. Steph is a fighter, and we can all trust that if anyone can get through such a horrific hurdle, it’s her. She will spend countless hours researching alternative therapies. She will eat all the right foods and do all the right things to beat this.

As you can imagine, we are determined to help Steph fight this in every way so that she can regain health as quickly and painlessly as possible and once more be there for her beautiful family as they mature. Steph will discontinue work so that she can keep up with appointments and treatments, get herself and her baby through pregnancy as unscathed as possible, and care for her 3yo daughter. This go fund me will really help her focus on getting better and not worry about working.

We are keen to help Steph with medical expenses, and also fund alternative treatments (many of which are not subsidised by Medicare or private health insurance) to optimise her chances of finding health and contentment once more. She's already done hyperbaric oxygen and ultraviolet therapy to compliment her chemotherapy treatments. Every cent raised will be used for medical expenses and alternative treatments.

Any left over funds not needed for Stephs treatment or therapy will be donated to Breast Cancer Nurses Australia (The McGrath Foundation).
