Hi, my name is Stephanie and I'm a trans woman.

I have been medically transitioning for over 5 years (socially for 9) and in that time I have experienced no discernible breast growth. This has caused extreme feelings of dysphoria and depression over the years, along with numerous instances of transphobic harassment prompted by my flat-chestedness being an indicator of my transness and marking me as a target as I try and go about my daily life.

I am sick of having to wear obscenely padded items of clothing just to look "normal", I am sick of underwear not fitting me properly (the size I would currently need quite literally does not exist), and I am sick of the particular awful ways certain disgusting men objectify my flat-chest.

I will need roughly £5,000-£7,000 to cover the surgery and support me during the recovery period and I am turning to a fundraiser as I feel I have no other options currently to save that amount of money in my current situation.
