Stephon Wilson is my 19 year old son. In 2010 had had a successful heart transplant. As a result of the medication he needs a kidney transplant as well as another heart. Unfortunately the doctors do not believe he would survive the surgery. At present he was placed on palliative care. We were told to make a bucket list and enjoy the time he has left. Currently we are hoping to find a doctor who will preform the surgeries he needs. Until then we will pray, make memories, and live life to the fullest. Thank you for your help in this endeavor.
