Greetings,
A goal is a dream with a deadline. It is with great excitement that I embark on the journey to Law School. Law School has been a dream of mine since beginning college, and I am asking for help and support to turn my dream and vision into a reality. My name is Stephen Samuels and I am from Oak Park, IL. I graduated from DeKalb High School and went on to attend and graduate from Northern Illinois University with a B.A. and a M.S. Ed. The college journey has been a great learning experience, and now I am ready to capstone my education with a Law Degree. I have been accepted into several Law Schools including NIU, where I would like to attend. I have been fundraising and applying for scholarships, but most law school scholarships do not apply to first year students. Currently, I am $10,000 short for the first year. All proceeds and funding will go towards fees ($8,000) and books ($2,000) for my first year of Law School. I graduated from undergrad with a 3.4 G.P.A and graduated from grad-school with a 3.7 G.P.A, and I know I will academically succeed in Law School as well. The funds are needed ASAP so that I can register and receive my schedule for classes. I have already worked to raise the funds to pay for my seat reservation, now it is time to secure my enrollment. I have funds that wil be available to me via the law school for my second and third year, so I must finance myself for the first. I also have plans post Law School graduation, which includes working in the public sector, and being of service to underprivileged families via legal service. Any and all proceeds will go towards funding Law School, and I am grateful for all that I receive. I am humble and highly appreciative to every person who helps, contribute, and spread my story.
