Stephen Stokes’ Medical Fund

My oldest brother, Stephen , is currently in ICU on a ventilator. Stephen has a sweet wife, Tina, and two beautiful daughters, Mady & Beth. Tina & Stephen have been married for 11 years and had a vow renewal scheduled for their anniversary, August 28th. Sadly, those plans were shattered when Stephen & Tina tested positive for covid.

Stephen struggled getting over Covid and it eventually led to him be admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with double pneumonia. After being in the ER in Waycross for a few days- they transferred him to Memorial Health University in Savannah. While there, they put him on the bipap for a few days and his body did not respond like they needed it to. They decided his best option was to put him on the ventilator to let his body rest and his lungs heal. He will be on the ventilator for 10 days at the least ( today is Ventilator Day #4). His wife cannot visit him until this coming Monday, 21 days after his first positive covid test. Of course she does not live in Savannah and will accrue travel expenses. Our main request is prayer because we need and trust God to heal his body, he has a family he needs to get home to. I made this page because many of our friends and family wanted to donate to help with Stephen’s Medical bills and for Tina’s travel expenses.
